Use this page to reach the people who run Idle Game at idlegame.space. We read every message. We do not sell your email, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote in.
The fastest public address is:
Copy that address into your mail app to open a blank message already addressed to us. Please include a subject that matches the topic (for example “Privacy request”, “Game takedown”, or “Typo on Fruit Factory Idle”).
What To Include So We Can Help
- The full URL of the page (copy it from the address bar).
- Your browser and device, if a game will not load (for example “Chrome on Android”).
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
- For privacy requests: the email address we should reply to, and whether you want access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us.
- For rights holders: the title, your relationship to the work, and the action you want (credit change, embed removal, or both).
What We Can And Cannot Do
We can fix Idle Game’s own pages, update a broken iframe URL when we have a replacement, remove a title, correct a studio name, and answer privacy questions about data collected on this website. We cannot reset a high score stored on a third-party game server, refund a purchase you made inside someone else’s game, or change how a partner’s ad network behaves on their own domain.
Most playable games are embeds. If the problem is inside the game window (a crash, a paywall, a missing save), we will still read the report, but the developer or host has to ship the actual fix.
Response Time
We aim to reply within two business days. Privacy and legal requests take priority. If you have not heard back after that window, send the same message again with “Follow-up” in the subject so it does not sit in a filter.
Privacy And Data Requests
Idle Game does not run user accounts. The personal information we are likely to hold is whatever you typed into an email or a contact form: your address, your name if you signed it, and the body of the message. To request access, correction, or deletion, write to [email protected] from the same inbox when you can. We explain cookies, analytics, and advertising in the Privacy Policy.
Press, Partnerships, And Game Submissions
Developers who want a title considered for the catalog can send a playable browser URL, a one-paragraph description of the idle loop, and confirmation that you have the right to offer the embed. We do not guarantee placement. Affiliate and advertising relationships are disclosed here: Affiliate Relationship Statement.
Contact Form
If you prefer not to open a mail app, use the form on this page. It goes to the same inbox as [email protected]. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers in the form.
